If you know someone that feels the need to shred now and then, that's okay. So long as they stay in the basement and off the YouTube they should be okay. But when they ask other people to watch them shred, or worse yet they record themselves shredding and share this - it's time for intervention. Advanced Shredomyalgia is nothing to laugh at. It virtually guarantees that a boy that grows into a man will repel estrogen in all forms, all the time. It's a lonely path, lemme tell ya.
