And here I've been thinking that for the last two decades Don Van Vliet has been painting in the desert in California. Who knew he had moved east to become a mummer and lead a string band in Philly!
Seriously, though, I never thought I'd say this about anything Mummers related but I actually enjoyed that. Must be because it's probably been 20 years since I've seen the Mummer's Parade.
