'Is there symbolism in Keith’s spot at the center of the photo?'

That's Dad's chair, and Dad's not giving it up.

'What of Mick, sprawled on the floor, perhaps having been recently unseated?'

Mick's cool; he knows his place. Off to the side like that, a bit out of Keith's eyeshot, other guys can admire him too.

'Is there anything to be read from the placement of Mick’s foot in relation to Keith’s ass?'

Nothing more to read than in the placement of Keith's knee in Mick's crotch.

'Is Ron Wood dressed like The Devil? What of his Wizard of Oz witch socks?'

The socks made me think he came from an audition with Jellyfish.

'Can we read anything from Mick’s shoeless state, his lack of soles, so to speak?'

I think it's just a matter of Dad telling the kids not to put their shoes on the furniture.

'Bill Wyman is shown half-hidden behind the couch. What are we to make of the image of a bass player with no bottom?'

He was probably getting head from a 16 year old behind that couch. The man's too classy to do that sort of thing in plain view.

'Has Charlie Watts actually been dead since 1986?'

I thought that was James Spader.

'Is there any significance to the colors chosen for each of the Stones?'

I'm not getting into a discussion of gang colors in a public forum like this.

Mick has the brightest of the bright colors, and Keith is at least still wearing black pants. Both have their legs spread apart, but the yellow emphasizes the crotch shot.

Charlie is wearing the closest to a primary color.

Rolling up the sleeves of one's jacket is an 80s thing, but with Keith it looks more like 'get these pansy colors off of me.'

Good observation about the rolled up sleeves of Keef, BigSteve. You'll also note that he's got his cuffs unbuttoned and hanging out.

Woody's lack of contrast is troubling.
