Two comments:

1. Looking forward to the Philly show - Joe Jack Talcum is opening!

2. Really stranger than fiction: The Dead Milkmen's "Punk Rock Girl" was originally slated to be the song in the movie. We even received several pages of the early script. It wasn't until later that they switched us out and Eric in.

Yes, I remember you telling us that story, Mrclean. How cool that Joe is opening. Maybe they he and Eric can duke it out onstage that night:)

I haven't kept up with Mr. Eric, but used to have all his early records. Fortunately i still have Live Stiffs (now out of print and very expensive used) , which has my two favorite tracks by him -- Semaphore Signals and Reconnez Cherie. Rough and ready.

Nice interview. I may have to check out this new album.

Sorry to chime in only to repeat myself Mr. Mod...

Yes - an onstage battle would be quite a sight!

Great interview. Very surprised you didn't take a 20 minute interview detour to ask more about the Binson Echorec effect! Nothing beats a Binson.
