Which critically acclaimed album is overvalued and therefore in need of a rating downgrade? I ask for only<strong> 1 album per Townsperson<\/strong>. In this case it will be for<strong> late &#8217;60s, early 70s &#8220;concept&#8221; albums<\/strong>.  I use the term &#8220;concept&#8221; loosely here. A good starting point is somewhere around <em>S.F. Sorrow<\/em> or <em>Freak Out!<\/em>, all the way through to <em>Ziggy Stardust<\/em> give or take a couple years. Perhaps you may want to take on either <em>Arthur, Ogden&#8217;s Nut Flake Gone, Forever Changes, or Sgt Pepper <\/em>.  For this exercise you are free to use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allmusic.com\">AllMusic.com<\/a>, any Rolling Stone Album Guide, or whatever resource material in your library as long as it rates albums.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-8872\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rocktownhall.com\/blogs\/index.php\/critical-ratings-downgrade\/no-5star\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8872\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rocktownhall.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/no-5star.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"113\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNo easy targets<\/strong>. It would be too simple to pick on some band or artist that you don\u2019t care for personally.
