Backstory\u2014the legendary morning DJ Rip Rebel has defected to satellite radio (sound familiar?), and no one wants to take his place, so the idiot intern and the weather girl get thrown on the air.  The show becomes more popular than ever&#8230;hilarity ensues&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RTH:<\/strong> Why should I watch it?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AV:<\/strong> For laughs, silly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RTH:<\/strong> In the opening of the rough cut you sent to The Back Office here, you guy\u2019s used <em>Blitzkrieg Bop<\/em>.  But in the final cut, no <strong>Ramones<\/strong>.  Did they want sexual favors or free model glue or what?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AV:<\/strong> Worse, they wanted MONEY.  Money we didn\u2019t have in our budget.  Instead, we somehow finagled <a href=\"http:\/\/profile.myspace.com\/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&amp;friendID=54867725\" title=\"http:\/\/profile.myspace.com\/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&amp;friendID=54867725\">Billy Boy on Poison<\/a> to let us use \u201cDirty Bomb\u201d for the theme song.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>RTH:<\/strong> I know you did a scene with Kiefer Sutherland.  Did he have B.O.?  Seems like he might.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AV:<\/strong> Kiefer smells like I want to make out with him.  There is nothing foul about him\u2014 disposition, scent, or otherwise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RTH:<\/strong> I\u2019m guessing a basic cable budget isn\u2019t going to support licensing classic rock tunes so what are you guys using for music?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AV:<\/strong> We have a bunch of excellent indie rock bands&#8217; songs, and I hope it helps get them onto the radar of the buyin\u2019 public a little bit more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RTH:<\/strong> Finally, we play a little game now and then called Dugout Chatter, in which we pose sometimes silly questions to poll readers&#8217; gut responses. We like to have our guests answer such questions. Here goes. Except I get mad at their real estate shows on the weekends.   I wanna learn more about real estate, but they just want people to call in so they can refinance their mortgages. Boring.<\/p>\n<p><ins>Who was the 5th Beatle?<\/ins><br \/>\nChaka Khan.<\/p>\n<p><ins>Favorite pre-tape tunes?<\/ins><br \/>\nI grew up on classical music cause my mom has her masters in church music, but I managed to weasel some Dolly Parton, Earth Wind and Fire, Fame, ONJ, Men at Work, and the Annie original broadway cast soundtrack from various sources.<\/p>\n<p><ins>Favorite workout tunes?<\/ins><br \/>\nThe kids these days like Justin Timberlake, and so do I.<\/p>\n<p><ins>Last album you bought.<\/ins> What&#8217;s an &#8220;album&#8221;?  Do you mean mp4s? I just got a nano for christmas, so I\u2019m loading it up with all my old cds.  The last CD I bought was the Shins Wincing The Night Away.
