A great introduction can boost a good solo to great and really add some kick to the song. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of my personal favorites have to be Justin Hawkins of The Darkness yelling &#8220;GUITAR&#8221; to kick off the lead in &#8220;I Believe in a Thing Called Love&#8221; featured below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Darkness - I Believe In A Thing Called Love (Official Music Video)\" width=\"695\" height=\"391\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tKjZuykKY1I?start=120&#038;feature=oembed&amp;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This normally wouldn&#8217;t be special, but it came out in 2003. I feel like this a preserving the magic of a bygone age, and therefore it earns a spot on my list. It&#8217;s short, sweet, and gets the job done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m also going to throw in Jimi Hendrix&#8217;s &#8220;I gave her the gun, I shot her&#8221;, and the subsequent &#8220;shoot her for me one more time&#8221; in &#8220;Hey Joe&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Hey Joe (Official Audio)\" width=\"695\" height=\"521\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rXwMrBb2x1Q?start=110&#038;feature=oembed&amp;wmode=opaque\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that I&#8217;ve given my examples, I&#8217;d like to hear some more from you guys. What introduction really boosted a lead to the next level? Alternatively, what was a time when someone really just needed to shut up and play?
