I know he wrote it, so I give him credit. But seriously, this sounds horrible &#8211; like something William Shatner would sing. And what&#8217;s with his button-up shirt being untucked and hanging two feet below his multiple vests? Sorry, by all rights this post was supposed to praise Lou Reed&#8217;s remarkable ability to capture his music the way it is meant sound, but beside maybe three or four songs, Peter Gabriel really annoys me. What goes through one&#8217;s mind, what does one <em>feel<\/em> while sitting in the audience, watching this guy do his New Age healing ritual? Then, every few years, I have to run across some article on his state-of-the-art hydroponic recording studio and that vaunted synth guy who&#8217;s been with him since he left Genesis, <a href=\"http:\/\/synergy-emusic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Larry  Fast<\/a>. For all the ink spent on Larry Fast and his state-of-the-art synyths, has that guy ever produced an interesting measure of music in his life? I&#8217;ve got some horrible notions of Peter Gabriel&#8217;s target audience that I dare not share. I think it&#8217;s better you help me understand what&#8217;s been going on all these years. Please explain.
