She&#8217;s been slowly making notes of the different <strong>iTunes radio stations<\/strong> for her personal use, and she wanted to share them with her fellow Townspeople. Here&#8217;s what she&#8217;s finding.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"image_block\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rocktownhall.com\/blogs\/media\/users\/frankenslade\/townhallipod.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"216\" \/><\/div>\n<p><strong><ins>Worthy of listening to<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Ghetto Radio.<\/em> It&#8217;s primarily &#8217;80s, but it&#8217;s like old radio stations. They&#8217;ll play Aerosmith next to <strong>Eddy Grant<\/strong>. They did a block of Rush next to Genesis&#8217;s &#8220;Land of Confession&#8221;, which I promptly left but later they played New Order. So you&#8217;ll never know what you get.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fresh Air &#8211; The Alternative.<\/em> It&#8217;s worth it for the <strong>Edinborough accents<\/strong> alone. Sometimes, it&#8217;s dance music, and then it will be a show on internet dating.<\/p>\n<p><strong><ins>Music to work by<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Baroque classical station.<\/em> Insert your own joke here, but very calming.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<em>RadioAmbient &#8211; No Enya!<\/em> It&#8217;s just basic ambient electronica that isn&#8217;t too weird New Age or <strong>Starbucks<\/strong>. It&#8217;s perfect when you have to think but you also want cool background music.<\/p>\n<p><strong><ins>You have to be in the mood<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>chaunters.org.<\/em> I love it &#8211; an entire radio station devoted to<br \/>\n<strong>French singers<\/strong>, but I took 9 years of French, so it may not be everyone&#8217;s cup of tea. You can find it in the International station section.<\/p>\n<p><em>Dublab.<\/em> <strong>&#8220;Positive.Music.Driven.Lifestyle&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; this the tag line. It&#8217;s a lot of <strong>Donovan<\/strong> and &#8217;70s <strong>Yes<\/strong> stuff. I felt like I had slipped myself magic mushrooms. I&#8217;m 95% sure this is something my hippie ex-boyfriend would have liked. A little heavy on the sitar music for my taste but it is relaxing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WOXY Vintage.<\/strong> This station is o.k. I mean, they went from the <strong>Ass Ponys<\/strong> to <strong>David Bowie<\/strong> so you be the judge. You can never go wrong with Bowie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rockabilly Radio.<\/strong> Some of it is good, but some of it is <em>REALLY<\/em> cheesy.<\/p>\n<p><strong><ins>Avoid like the plague<\/ins><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Secret Agent on SomaFM.<\/em> It&#8217;s like the background music for <strong>Kahula<\/strong> ads.
