Next, we&#8217;ll be entering the final stage of the draft, the Developmental Pool, which bands requiring Powerhouse lineups and additional talent (eg, &#8220;Oliver&#8221; members, backups for Australian and Aisan tours, etc) may use. <\/p>\n<p>First, let&#8217;s review the bands as they stand after 5 rounds!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>1. Afterschool Special; Mr. Mod, GM:<\/strong> Bruce Thomas, Roger Daltry, Mick Jones (Clash), Paul Thompson, Jimmy Page<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The rules for selection from the Developmental Pool are simple:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Band GMs secretly submit (ie, via offlist message to Mr. Mod) a list of 3 desired musicians from the Developmental Pool. Choices must be ranked.<\/li>\n<li>In reverse order of the Talent Pool draft, bands are granted the first of their desired Developmental Talent pool musicians. If a band&#8217;s first choice is already taken, the following choice will be granted (if available).<\/li>\n<li>A second and, if necessary, third round will proceed in the same fasion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Easy, right? And cheap: Even bands fighting the salary cap should be able to drop $5,000 on a Developmental Pool musician.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the pre-selected Developmental Pool talent, all undrafted Talent Pool talent will be added to the pool.
