I decided to put out a less serious show after the 2 episodes on jail and prison.
As always, thanks for listening. I’m glad somebody is listening. I’ll don’t mind putting out episodes but I’m just keeping the seat warm until Mr. Mod returns. It was never my intention to take it over.
I’m throwing out the challenge to any other Townsperson that would like to put together a show.
I admire that you keep doing it – I always listen, even if it’s a few days later. I also appreciate the effort to put together a show, but will definitely do another one this fall.
Just curious – are these songs in your previous collection, or do you search them out for the theme?
It depends on the theme. All of the songs in this week’s episode came from my collection (vinyl, cd’s ,digital and once in a while on cassette).
The independent label spotlights are little more searched out because a lot of the content is out of print or hard to find, but I’ll usually have a couple of songs kicking around somewhere.
