A bit late to the game on this one but here’s another weather-related LMS. I’m looking for songs that specifically mention hurricanes in them. I’ll start off with The Scorpions’ “Rock You Like a Hurricane.”

  10. Hey, I was just reminded that it is the sixth anniversary of Katrina. Take. a moment to think of BigSteve and his peeps

  11. Sorry for the insensitivity Big Steve. I was thinking about the over-hyped faux-hurricane this weekend and I didn’t realize that it might be a tough anniversary for you.

  13. Much ado about nothing. My parents had a few displaced residents of New Orleans staying with them after Katrina and one of them was back up here visiting this past weekend. She said, “Y’all aren’t having a hurricane, y’all are just having a storm.”
