I can hardly tell you how happy I am that it turned out that the playlist included a song called “Roxette” rather than a song by the band Roxette, which at first glance was what I thought I read.

“It must have been love, but it’s over now….”

Hmm, I’m a big fan of “My Girl” but don’t know if I like Tracey’s production: a bit too Trevor Horn/ABC-ified.

I’m finally finishing the show after starting it on Monday. I dig that 999 track: sort of a post-punk Feargal Sharkey.

And the Fall track has some similarities to the first Sugar Cubes album.

I finally listened to this show, and I liked it a lot. If I went into the store to ask about that Devo album, I’d just call it Devo’s first album. It’s just shorter. But I’ve got it so I don’t have to ask for it!

Loved hearing Roxette. I love Dr. Feelgood. Wilko Johnson has a new record coming out soon with Roger Daltrey. It’s his farewell to the world album because he’s dying. I ordered it, and it’s gonna be like 35 bucks because it’s on Universal, but I don’t want the CD so I’m gonna have to pay. I love how Wilko sounds.

The only Dr Feelgood I have is Wilko era. It’s a shame about his terminal cancer, but glad to hear he is going out in style. Thanks for listening.
